    TenCate daughter Xennia takes over software company Cametrics

    TenCate subsidiary Xennia Technology in Letchworth (England) has today announced the planned acquisition of software company Cametrics from Cambridge (England). Cametrics specializes in printing software for inkjet technology. With this take over, market leader Xennia Technology will have complete control over printing software as a critical component of its modular industrial inkjet solutions, including for textile applications.

    TenCate receives long-term supply agreement from the Boeing Company

    The TenCate Advanced Composites Group in Morgan Hill, California (USA) has reached a long-term supply agreement with the Boeing Company. This five-year contract extension culminates a multi-year initial design and build effort on compression molded hydraulic and fuel line clamp assemblies for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

    With reference to the press release dated Thursday, 8 April 2010 concerning the payment of dividend for the financial year 2009, Royal Ten Cate announces that with regard to the optional dividend the number of dividend rights that grant entitlement to one new share has been fixed at 34 dividend rights of an ordinary share with a par value of € 2.50.

    Royal Ten Cate nominated for King Willem I Prize 2010

    Royal Ten Cate (TenCate) has been nominated for the King Willem I Prize (Koning Willem I Prijs) 2010. The nomination of TenCate for the Dutch enterprise award is in the category for companies of more than 250 employees. The other two nominated companies in this category are Stage Entertainment and the VDL Group from the Netherlands.
