Times are changing in the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Due to Export Control Reform (ECR) the DDTC, the governmental body responsible for maintaining ITAR, has undergone some structural changes. The Licensing Office within the DDTC has undergone a major shift, from once having 7 Licensing teams to only 4 now. This change will better serve the needs of the exporters applying for export licenses.
