TenCate materials are used in antennas, reflectors, conformal radomes, sonar domes, microwave transparent and radar absorbing structures. Popular reinforcements such as fiberglass, quartz, and aramid are fully compatible with TenCate’s advanced resin systems and can be supplied as prepregs to satisfy the most demanding electrical and mechanical applications.

TenCate’s lowest dielectric cyanate ester prepreg resin system is BTCy-2. This product is superior in electrical performance  and valued in high-energy radome composites. One of its features is good impact performance while offering good toughness to resist microcracking.
