Composites for Radomes – Low Dielectric/Low Loss Electrically Pure Materials

Radomes

TenCate Advanced Composites is the world’s leading supplier of advanced composites, resin systems and compression moulded syntactic parts for the high performance radome and antenna industries.

Our electrically pure prepregs are made using state of the art processing technology in facilities that are specifically designed for the production of ultra-pure, non-conductive materials. Additionally, TenCate provides a broad range of materials from film adhesives to syntactics to provide users with a system solution to achieve the best electrical and mechanical performance.

TenCate materials are used in antennas, reflectors, conformal radomes, sonar domes, microwave transparent and radar absorbing structures. Popular reinforcements such as fiberglass, quartz, and aramid are fully compatible with TenCate’s advanced resin systems and can be supplied as prepregs to satisfy the most demanding electrical and mechanical applications.
