Our prepregs are available in unidirectional tape, slit tape, woven prepreg, bulk moulding compounds (chopped tape) and reinforced thermoplastic laminate forms. TenCate provides a total composite material solution for your structural applications.  Along with prepregs, we have a complete line of compatible film adhesives, syntactics, resins, and a full line of tooling prepregs.

Thermoset Prepregs  - Our broad range of thermoset composite materials have an extensive flight history in many applications, processed in both autoclave and out of autoclave production environments.  TenCate's out-of-autoclave processible prepregs allow fabrication of cost effective composite structures such as composite fuselages, rotor blades, launch vehicle structures and flight control surfaces. Along with the TenCate AmberTool line of tooling prepregs, our thermoset family of products also includes composite surfacing films and film adhesives. TenCate has published a white paper entitled: "TenCate Experience & Application Guidance for Out of Autoclave Composite Prepregs."

Thermoplastic Advanced Composites - Our industry leading TenCate Cetex thermoplastic advanced composites are available in a range of aerospace grade resins and fiber combinations to support high-performance aerospace applications. Primary resin systems offered include PEEK, PEKK, PPS and PEI (Ultem™).  TenCate offers these materials in unitape and fabric prepregs, chopped fiber moulding compounds and reinforced thermoplastic laminates.  With the largest flight history and most extensive thermoplastic materials pedigree, TenCate Cetex thermoplastics are the first choice in aerospace applications.  Applications for our thermoplastic materials include flight control surfaces, engine pylons, aircraft interior components, structural clips and brackets, aircraft flooring, seating, galleys and complex structures like rudders and elevator assemblies.

TenCate TC275-1 
TenCate's latest technology TC275-1 epoxy prepregs are now offered with the award winning A&P Technology's QISO fabrics (0°, ±60° ). These fabrics are quasi-isotropic, so they do not have to be oriented. And since they are balanced plies, one can have laminates of 1, 3, or any odd number plies and still have a symmetrical laminate.
