TenCate Advanced Composites (TCAC) operates four prepreg facilities in North America and two in Europe. Our North America (Morgan Hill & Fairfield CA) aerospace quality systems are compliant with ISO9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Rev C. TenCate's maintains carbon-free areas for the production of low-dielectric materials used in radomes and communication composite structure. The Corporate office for TCAC-USA along with manufacturing is located in Morgan Hill, CA which is approximately 1.5 hours south of our Fairfield, CA prepreg facilities. Our Camarillo CA and Burlington Ontario Canada facilities are focused on thermoplastic composite production for industrial markets (transportation, energy, electronics and recreational). Our Camarillo facility is certified to ISO9001:2008.
The European corporate office and thermoplastic manufacturing is located in Nijverdal, the Netherlands. Thermoset composites production is located in Langley Mill England.

TenCate’s aerospace grade thermoplastic materials include a range of fiber and resin combinations to support a variety of high performance aerospace applications. Primary resin systems offered include PEEK, PEKK, PPS and PEI, which we produce in prepreg, semipreg and laminate forms. Fabric prepreg, semipreg and laminate forms are produced in our NIjverdal Netherlands facility, and thermoplastic unitapes are produced in our Morgan Hill CA thermoplastic center of excellence. PEEK, PEKK and PPS are semi crystalline, and offer excellent toughness and solvent resistance making them well suited for primary and secondary structural applications. PEI possesses outstanding impact resistance and performs well at high temperatures. Applications for aerospace grade thermoplastic composites include flight control surfaces, access doors and panels, wing leading edges, fuselage clips and brackets, flooring, seating and cargo containment systems.
TenCate's Performance Composite thermoplastic unitapes are designed for high end industrial applications, and primary resin systems offered include Nylon, Polycarbonate/ABS, Polypropylene, HDPE and PET resins. TCPC's unitapes are manufactured in our Burlington Ontario Canada facility. TenCate Performance Composites is also the leading provider of thermoplastic laminates based upon PMMA resins. These laminates are produced in our Camarillo CA facility, and they are widely used in the high end recreational footwear industry and in orthotics.
