Share information

The TenCate share is listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam and forms part of the AMX index. The share is actively followed by the leading banks and securities houses operating in Dutch / European smalland midcap stocks.
TenCate stock options were reintroduced in 2011 after a number of years’ absence.

As at 31 December 2011, 25,928,914 ordinary TenCate shares were in issue, each of a par value of € 2.50. The closing price of the share was € 21.26.
The average daily trading volume on NYSE Euronext rose from 58,406 to 74,132 shares. The trading volume on the alternative trading platforms also increased.
