It is TenCate Defense and Tactical's goal to be your first thought when facing a FR uniform requirement. Due to our dedication to technology, research and development, we are able to create completely new products or modify existing products to meet any flame resistant uniform need. We are even able to incorporate Antistatic fiber into any product.

Our newest product, TenCate Defender M, is an innovative improvement to current flame resistant uniform and flight suit fabrics. It is made of inherently flame resistant cellulosic fibers that snuff out flame quickly. But more importantly, Defender M can be made in a variety of weights and finishes therefore providing superior comfort, moisture management and breathability to old school, traditional flame resistant fabrics.

In 2007, both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marines chose Defender M for its ground troop flame resistant uniforms. Why? Because TenCate Defender M provides the highest burn protection, durability and comfort at its price point. In fact, every U.S. ground soldier currently in deployment zones is wearing TenCate Defender M.

TenCate fabrics are currently in trial with several U.S. Air Force programs and we look forward to providing cost effective, superior burn protection to airmen today and in the future.
