Engineered Structures Region Manager - Central

Description: TenCate Geosynthetics Americas, the global leader in Geosynthetics for the civil construction market, has an opening for an experienced Region Manager focusing on the wall, slope and embankment market.  This position is responsible for actively promoting the benefits of TenCate Mirafi® Geosynthetics (www.mirafi.com) to both the public and private engineering community as well as managing the wall and slope market aspects of the distribution network.  The newly created Central Engineered Structures Region Manager area includes TX, LA, AR, MO, KS, OK, NE, IA, IL, WI, MN, SD & ND.   Frequent travel required.  5 years technical sales experience in civil construction market preferred.  PE or EIT with a Civil or Geotechnical background a plus.  Working knowledge of SRW’s a plus. Engineering Business Manager (EBM)

Description: An EBM is responsible for marketing TenCate Geosynthetics’ products and services to the specifying community, which includes geotechnical and civil engineers.  EBM will be assigned target locations and will work with Region Manager(s) to develop and implement a plan for each location.  EBM will frequently conduct presentations for technical audiences in private and public engineering firms, at industry trade shows, and occasionally, to a TCG distributor.  EBM should develop a network of relationships in the business and routinely follow up on those relationships for project leads, etc.
